The View menu includes options that you can use to show or hide panes or inaccessible or deleted items in the Librarian user interface.
If the icon for a pane has a blue box around it, then the pane is currently shown either in the user interface or as a tab in the Librarian window. Otherwise, the pane is hidden until you show it by clicking the option on the View menu.
The following options are available:
Folders Pane: Shows or hides the Folders pane.
Files Pane: Shows or hides the Files pane.
File History Pane: Shows or hides the File History pane.
Details Pane: Shows or hides the Details pane.
Preview Pane: Shows or hides the Preview pane.
Address Bar: Shows or hides the address bar.
Show Inaccessible Items: Shows or hides items in the file repository that you do not currently have permissions to access.
Show Deleted Items: Shows or hides deleted items in the file repository.
Refresh: Refreshes all panes so that they contain the most recent information.
Restore Default View: Resets all panes to their default configurations.
