Administer Menu

The Administer menu includes options that you can use to configure system settings and define workflows in Librarian.

The following options are available:

System Setup: Opens the System Setup dialog, which you can use to customize options for checking items in and out of Librarian.
Workflow & Rules Setup: Opens the Librarian Setup page in Administration Console, where you can create and edit workflows and configure email notifications to be sent when a document that is stored in Librarian changes.

Purge Deleted Files: Removes all deleted items from the BarTender System Database. This operation erases all history of the deleted files and cannot be reversed.
