Adjust Image Dialog |
You can access the Adjust Image dialog on the data entry form by clicking Adjust on an image capture control at print time. Use this dialog to modify the properties of the captured image before you print your items, including the brightness, contrast, and saturation of the image. Additionally, you can crop to the portion of the picture that you want to be printed on your item.
The following options are available:
Brightness: Specifies the brightness level of the colors in the selected picture. Move the slider to the left to darken the picture and to the right to lighten the picture.
Contrast: Specifies the amount of contrast between light and dark colors. Move the slider to the left to decrease the contrast between colors and to the right to increase the contrast.
Saturation: Specifies the amount of color in the selected picture. Move the slider to the left to make the image appear more gray and to the right to make the colors more vivid.
Detect Face: Automatically selects a portion of the image to capture based on the location of a face in the image.
Edit Image: Opens the selected image in your computer's default image editing program.
You can crop the captured image before you print it. When you do this, you reduce the overall size of an image without changing the size of the image content or the resolution of the image.
To crop the captured or selected image, draw a rectangle around the content that you want on the preview image. You can modify the selection by dragging the edges of the rectangle. You can also move the selection by dragging the cursor inside the selected portion of the image.
