Print Preview |
Use print preview mode to view how your print job will be printed on your items. You can view all of the items on a single page of stock. The items that are displayed include processed VBScripts, data that is retrieved from a connected database, and the number of copies or serial numbers that are printed. To access print preview mode, click Print Preview on the File menu, or click the icon on the main toolbar.

To view a preview of your print job, press Ctrl+R on your keyboard. |
The following options are available on the print preview toolbar:
Runs the print job that is displayed.
Closes print preview mode without running the print job.
Displays the number of pages of the print job that you specify.
Zooms in by the percentage of the currently specified zoom factor.
Zooms out by the percentage of the currently specified zoom factor.
Turns on the zoom tool, which magnifies the portion of the print preview that you select.
Returns the preview zoom factor to its default value.
Use the navigation bar to quickly browse through the pages of the print job. Use the and buttons (or the Tab and Shift+Tab keys) to browse the print job one page at a time. Use the and buttons to jump to the first and last pages, respectively. To browse to a particular page, enter the page number in the text box.
