Selecting and Modifying Multiple Controls and Objects |
Just as objects can be grouped together on a template, data entry controls and objects can be grouped together on a data entry form. This grouping can be helpful when you design your form, because the grouped elements can be moved as a single entity to another location on the form. You can also modify properties that the grouped elements might share, which saves you time when, for example, you want to change the font of the controls and objects in the group.

The following linked pages refer to template objects, but the information is also relevant for data entry controls and objects. |

After you select the set of controls and objects, you can group them to make subsequent changes easier. You can always break the group into separate elements when necessary.
Modifying Properties for Multiple Selected Objects
Use the Object Properties dialog to access the properties for all of the selected elements. You can edit properties that the selected elements share to change them for all of the elements at the same time.
