External File

Use an External File data source when you want the object to print data that is stored in a separate file, such as binary or text data.

You can use this data source to enter Rich Text Formatting (RTF), HTML, or XAML formatting into a text object by using a markup language. For an external application where these markup languages are used, BarTender automatically converts the text and formatting into the corresponding markup language.
