The Print Portal interface is designed to allow print operators to quickly locate and print BarTender documents. This section of the Print Portal help gives you an overview of Print Portal's user interface, and explains how you can find and print documents.

• Using the Print Portal Interface

  Print Portal's user interface includes a folder navigator, document browser, search field, and options for customizing the interface appearance.

• Finding a Document

  You can locate a document in Pint Portal by browsing through the available folders or by entering a keyword into the search field.

• Printing a Document

  You can print documents using one of two methods. Depending on the setting specified by your administrator, clicking on a document will either open the Print Document dialog providing further print options, or it will immediately begin printing the document.
