If you want to specify a second condition statement, use the second Assignment Operator list and Filter Value text box, which are located below the Boolean operators.

Use the Custom AutoFilter dialog, which you can access from the Filter button, to create a custom filter for a specific column. You can create a filter that searches for up to two specific values.
The following options are available:
Initial Header: Specifies the name of the column that is being filtered.
Assignment Operator: Specifies the criteria that the filter uses to search fields in a database for specific values.
Filter Value: Specifies the value that the filter searches for.
Boolean Operator: Specifies how condition statements in a filter are linked together.
