View Menu

Use the View menu to show or hide panes in the History Explorer window. If a check mark is displayed for an optional pane, the pane is shown, either in the user interface or as a tab in the window. Otherwise, the pane is hidden until you click to show it.

The following options are available:

Refresh: Refreshes the grids in the all of the visible panes.

Printed Item Preview: Shows or hides the Printed Item Preview pane. Available for the BarTender: Print Jobs view.
Selected Print Job Details: Shows or hides the Selected Print Job Details pane. For more information, refer to Selected Print Job Details Pane (BarTender Print Jobs) and Selected Print Job Details Pane (Printer Maestro Print Jobs). Available for the BarTender: Print Jobs and Printer Maestro: Print Jobs view.
Selected Inventory Event Details: Shows or hides the Selected Inventory Event Details pane. Available for the Printer Maestro: Inventory Events view.

Show All: Displays all panes that are available for the selected view in the History Explorer window.
Show All with Auto Hide on: Specifies that the Auto Hide feature is used on all panes in the History Explorer window.
Hide All: Hides all panes.
Restore Default View: Restores the default view.
