The Reprint Items dialog specifies the computer and printer that are used to reprint print jobs that were run by applications in the BarTender Suite and then stored in the BarTender System Database. It also specifies the number of copies that you want to print.

You can access this dialog in the BarTender: Print Jobs view by using one of the following methods:

• In the BarTender: Print Jobs pane, right-click a record, and then click Reprint.

• In the Selected Print Job Details pane, click the icon on the selected print job details toolbar.

• In the Selected Print Job Details pane, right-click an item in the item grid on the Reprint Labels tab, and then click Reprint Item.

• In the Printed Item Preview pane, click the icon on the printed item preview toolbar.

• Right-click the Printed Item Preview pane, and then click Reprint Item.

The following options are available.

BarTender Server

• Computer: Specifies the computer that sends the reprint request to the printer. A reprint request can be processed by any computer that is displayed in the list.

Printer

• Name: Specifies the printer that reprints the print job. A print job can be processed by any accessible printer on the network.

• Model: Displays the type of printer that is selected, including manufacturer and model.

• Port: Displays the port that is used to communicate with the selected printer.

• Location: Displays the location of the printer. You can configure this setting in the Windows Properties dialog for the selected printer.

• Comment: Displays any comments that were entered in the Windows Properties dialog for the selected printer. For information about how to change these comments, refer to the Windows documentation.

Quantity

• Copies: Specifies the number of copies that you want to print.
