BarTender セキュリティの設定

BarTender には、ドキュメントの保護および印刷環境の規制に役立つ多くのセキュリティ対策があります。 BarTender のセキュリティは、ドキュメントの保護から複雑なユーザーアクセス許可システムまで、高度にカスタマイズすることが可能です。 To help you decide which methods are most appropriate for your environment, refer to the BarTender System Security white paper for a comprehensive description of all the available security measures.

All of BarTender's security settings fall into one of the following two categories:

「アプリケーションレベルのセキュリティ」は、ユーザーが BarTender をアプリケーションとして実行または管理する権限を制限します。たとえば、「印刷専用パスワード」を適用すると、ユーザーが BarTender で個々のドキュメントを変更する権限に影響します。
「ドキュメントレベルのセキュリティ」は、単一のドキュメントにのみ適用されます。これらのセキュリティ設定はドキュメントと共に保存されるので、ドキュメントを別のコンピュータに保存してもドキュメントのセキュリティ設定は変更されません。 Examples include defining a document password or encrypting a document.

アプリケーションレベルのセキュリティ

アプリケーションセキュリティには、次の方法を使用できます。

印刷専用パスワード ::「印刷専用パスワード」は BarTender をロックするので、ユーザーが BarTender のすべてのデザイン機能にアクセスするにはパスワードが必要になります。これは、最も簡単に設定できますが、最も容易に破られるセキュリティ対策でもあります。

印刷専用パスワードを定義するには
1. [管理] メニューから [印刷専用パスワードの設定] を選択して、該当するダイアログを開きます。
2. パスワードを入力し、確認用に同じパスワードを入力します。
3. [OK] をクリックします。
ユーザー許可: Administration Console (BarTender の支援アプリケーション) では、BarTender Suite 全体でのさまざまな操作に対するユーザーアクセスを制御できます。管理者は、ユーザーによる BarTender の設定の変更、ドキュメントの変更、または印刷を禁止することができます。

Administration Console を使用してアクセス許可を割り当てるには
1. Administration Console を開きます。

3. Click to select the Enable Security for this PC check box if it is not already selected.

6. Select the user whom you want to add. You can refine the users and groups in the list by selecting a Location or by entering search criteria, such as a user or group name.
7. [OK] をクリックして、[ユーザーまたはグループの追加] ダイアログを閉じます。
8. [ユーザーおよびグループ] ペインで新しく追加したユーザーまたはグループが選択された状態で、許可または拒否する権限を指定します。
9. [適用} をクリックして設定を適用します。 Or, click OK to apply the settings and also close Administration Console.

ドキュメントレベルのセキュリティ

ドキュメントセキュリティには、次の方法を使用できます。

BarTender ドキュメントのパスワード:BarTender ドキュメントのパスワードは、パスワードを設定することによりドキュメントのさまざまな要素を保護します。パスワードを知らないユーザーがドキュメントを開くこと、デザインを変更すること、VB スクリプトを変更することなどができません。

ドキュメントのパスワードを忘れた場合、パスワードを復元することはできません。 This means that after you configure your document to have a document password, losing the associated password is likely to prevent you from using that document again.

BarTender ドキュメントのパスワードを設定するには

ドキュメントの暗号化: Administration Console でドキュメントの暗号化を有効にすると、管理者は、安全でない PC 上で承認されていないユーザーが暗号化されたドキュメントにアクセスすることを防止できます。暗号化したドキュメントを別の PC に移動した場合、Administration Console もインストールし、「かつ」ドキュメントの暗号化に使用したものと同じキーを定義しない限り、ドキュメントを開くことはできません。

暗号化キーを作成するには
1. Administration Console を開きます。

7. To automatically encrypt all documents in BarTender when you save them, click to select Encrypt documents when saving.

既存のドキュメントを暗号化するには
1. Administration Console を開きます。
2. ナビゲーションウィンドウで [セキュリティ] をクリックします。

7. Browse to and select the documents that you want, and then click Open.
8. In the BarTender Documents pane, select the documents that you want to be encrypted.
9. From the New Key dropdown list, select the encryption key that you want.
10. [新しいキーを使用して、選択したドキュメントを暗号化] をクリックします。
11. Click Close to close the Document Encryptor dialog.
12. [適用} をクリックして設定を適用します。 Or, click OK to apply the settings and also close Administration Console.
