Print Station items are easily printed from the Browser Window. When an item is clicked, a print wizard dialog is shown to guide you through the printing process. The print wizard dialog differs slightly for each file type selected to print.
Printing BarTender Documents: Guides you through printing BarTender documents with an extension of *.btw.
Printing BarTender Batch Files: Guides you through executing a BarTender batch file with an extension of *.btbat to print items.
Printing BTXML Script Files: Guides you through running a BTXML Script file with an extension of *.btxml to print items.
BarTender print job messages and errors are displayed using the Print Results dialog upon completion of the print wizard dialog.
The Print Results dialog displays any messages that BarTender returns regarding the status of a print job. These messages include errors, warnings, or informational messages that BarTender may encounter, and can be filtered by severity. You can define the messages to view using the BarTender print message to show option, found in the Administrative Setup dialog. If there are no messages, the Print Results dialog is not displayed.

It is possible to take any file and impersonate a BarTender document, BTXML Script file, or batch file by naming the file with the appropriate extension. Should one of these files be printed, executed, or run, Print Station passes the file directly to BarTender. Any errors that BarTender encounters while processing the file will be displayed in the Print Results dialog.
