General Tab
The options on the General tab allow you to change settings that affect which printers are displayed, the retention of history data, and the behavior of confirmation dialogs.
Printers Pane

Show printers in Printers Folder only: When this is enabled only printers in your local Printers Folder will be displayed in the Printers pane.
You will not be able to manage remote printers if this control is enabled.
Jobs Pane

Recent Jobs Displayed: Enter the maximum number of jobs to be displayed in the Recent Jobs pane. When this limit is reached only the most recent entries will be retained.
Events Pane

Recent Events Displayed: Enter the maximum number of events to be displayed in the Events pane. When this limit is reached only the most recent entries will be retained.

Events Pane Messages: Displays the Events Pane Messages dialog which allows you to choose which event messages to display in the Events Pane.
Confirmation Dialogs

Reset Confirmation Dialogs: Many confirmation dialogs have a "Do not show this dialog again" checkbox which can be enabled to supress the message. Resetting the confirmation dialogs will cause all of them to be displayed again.
