There are a number of ways to print the weight after it has been captured:

Print directly from the 's Print button

Use a Capture button to accept the weight manually before printing

Configure BarTender so that printing is automatically initiated by the .

User-Initiated Printing
You may want to use manual (user-initiated) printing if you want to view each item's weight before printing. If you want to accept each weight before printing, you can add a Capture/Redo button to your scale display .
To print directly from the data entry form
This method enables you to print with a single click. You will be able to view the weight before printing, but you will not be able to accept each weight before you print. If the scale display control displays an unsatisfactory result, you will need to remove the item from the scale and place it back again to get a new reading.

Complete any manual data entry required on the .

Place the item to be weighed on the scale.

When satisfied with the reading on the scale display, click the Print button on the print-time data entry form. The weight is automatically captured by BarTender, and your prints.
To print using the Capture/Redo button
Use a manual Capture/Redo button of you want to accept and capture the before printing, and have the ability to redo a capture if you aren't satisfied with the initial result.

Complete any manual data entry required on the form.

Place the item to be weighed on the scale.

When you're satisfied with the reading on the scale display, click the Capture button. The weight will then be copied to the linked , and the Capture button will change into a Redo button.
If you want to recapture the weight once you have already clicked the Capture button, simply click the Redo button. The Redo button will change back into a Capture button, and BarTender will recalculate the weight.

When you're satisfied with the captured weight, click the Print button on the scale data entry form. The print job is sent to the printer.
Automated, Scale-Initiated Printing
BarTender can print your items automatically when it senses a stable weight, so that you do not need to interact with BarTender once you've placed the item on the scale. Set BarTender to print automatically from the Scale property page.
To set up automatic printing

Double-click the control to open the Scale Display Properties dialog. Alternatively, select Properties from the control's .

In the left Navigation Pane, select Scale to open the Scale property page.

Under the Scale Control Properties section, enable Print after capture.

Click Close to close the Scale Display Properties dialog.
To print your items with automated weight capture and printing

Complete any manual data entry required on the form.

Place the item to be weighed on the scale. Once a stable weight is detected, the weight is automatically captured, the data entry form closes, and the print job is sent to the printer.
To print your items with the Capture/Redo button and automated printing
If you have enabled the Capture/Redo button, the weight will automatically print as soon as you click the Capture button. See "To print using the Capture/Redo button", above.
