Selecting and Modifying Multiple Objects |
When designing your template, you might find it convenient to select multiple objects at once for arranging them on the template, or perhaps modifying a property that they all share in common.
Use simple mouse clicking or click and drag functions to select all of the objects you want to move, modify, or turn into an object group.
Once the desired set of objects are selected, turning them into an object group can make later group changes that much easier. And of course, you can always break the group back into separate objects when necessary, or if the group is no longer needed.
Modifying Properties for Multiple Selected Objects
When you have selected a set of objects or an object group, you can open the Object Properties dialog and access the properties for each of the selected objects from within the same dialog. Additionally, where the objects share the same properties, you can edit the property one time to change it for all of the selected objects.
