By using the Customize dialog, you can add commands and even toolbar buttons to custom menus, and remove them at any time.
To add a command to a custom menu

From the View menu, point to Toolbars and then click Customize to open the Customize dialog. Alternatively, open the for any toolbar in the application, and then click Customize.

In the Customize dialog, click the Commands tab.

In the Categories list, select the category that contains the command that you want to add to the menu.

From the Commands list, drag the command that you want to the to the custom menu to open the menu and display the insertion bar.

Continue to drag the command to the place in the menu where you want the command to appear.

Release the mouse button to add the command to the menu.
To remove a command from a custom menu

This method of removing menu commands is available only when the Customize dialog is open.

From the View menu, point to Toolbars and then click Customize to open the Customize dialog. Alternatively, open the context menu for any toolbar in the application, and then click Customize.

Open the custom menu that contains the command that you want to remove.

Click the command that you want to remove and drag it away from the menu.

Release the mouse button once the command is clear of the menu. The command disappears.
