From the View menu, point to Toolbars and then click Customize to open the Customize dialog. Alternatively, open the context menu for any toolbar in the application, and then click Customize.

On the Customize dialog, click the Commands tab.

In the Categories list, click New Menu.

From the Commands list, drag New Menu to the toolbar on which you want to place it and continue to drag it until an insertion bar appears on the toolbar at the location where you want it.

Release the mouse button to place the menu.

Open the context menu for the new menu, click Name, and then type the name for the menu in the input box as you want it to appear on the toolbar.

Press Enter
to apply the new name.

From the Commands tab of the Customize dialog, add the buttons and commands that you want on your custom menu. For more information, refer to Adding Commands to Custom Menus.

Click Close to close the Customize dialog.
