Adding and Modifying Data Sources

When you initially add an object to the template, the selected object will contain only a single data source (with the Type property specified as Embedded Data). The data source Type and default value can be modified, and you can also create additional data sources for the object. The total number of data sources that you can concatenate into a single barcode, encoder, or text object depends solely on the number of characters that will fit on the template.
