Print Wizard - Select Records To Print Dialog

When you execute a print job while Queried Records is set to Selected at Print-Time, BarTender will display the Print Wizard - Select Records to Print dialog as part of the print wizard. This dialog displays a list of queried records, from which you can select the records you wish to print. For more information, refer to Select Records Dialog.

To continue a print job from the Print Wizard

1. Select the records that you wish to print.

2. If desired, change the number of copies using the first column in the grid.

3. Press the ENTER key to continue to the next dialog in the print wizard or to execute the print job. Alternatively, click Print to execute the print job, Enter Data to proceed to the data entry form, or Next to open the next dialog in the print wizard.
