The Save All command, available from the File menu, saves all of the that are currently open in BarTender. This command functions differently based on the conditions under which the documents are saved:

If one or more of the open documents have never previously been saved, you will be prompted to save each unsaved document using the Save As dialog.

If an open document was created in an earlier version of BarTender, you will receive a warning message that continuing to save the document will result in the document being saved in the newer version. If you continue and select Continue with Save, you will no longer be able to load the document in an older version of BarTender.

If an open document was previously saved in the current version, BarTender will simply save it to disk.
