Saving BarTender Documents

You can use the Save, Save As, or Print to File commands to save changes that you made to an open BarTender document; additionally, you can specify save settings inside of BarTender.

The Save command saves modifications to an already existing file, while the Save As command is used to save a newly created file. The Print to File option, available from the Print dialog, enables you to save the document in the special language of your printer.

BarTender's Document Recovery feature automatically saves changes made to the document at the specified time interval. The more often you automatically save your documents, the more information can be recovered in the event of a power failure. To enable Document Recovery, select the Save auto-recovery information check box found on the BarTender Document Setup dialog.
