The Add Database Connection Wizard assists you in setting up connections to databases from which BarTender can then read data when printing a document.
To launch the Add Database Connection Wizard, click the Add button on the Database Connection Setup dialog.

If you have not previously connected to a database, selecting the  icon from the main toolbar or selecting Database Connection Setup from the File menu will automatically launch the Add Database Connection Wizard. Once a database connection has been established, preforming either of the actions will open the Database Connection Setup dialog.

Once you have opened the Add Database Connection Wizard, you can specify the type of database you want to connect to by selecting one of the following database platforms:
When you have completed the wizard, BarTender displays the Database Connection Setup dialog.
