The Browse tab, located in the Database Connection Setup dialog, allows you to view data fields and records of the item selected in the All Databases Tree View. By viewing the records before executing a print job, you can verify that any query or other record selection information has been properly specified.
Record. Allows viewing by record number.
Show All Fields. When enabled, displays all fields, regardless of whether or not they are used as an object's data source. Unchecking this option displays only fields that currently connected to an object on the template.
Refresh. Refreshes the grid and displays any existing query prompts.
Records Grid. Displays the appropriate fields and selected records for the database, table, or field selected in the All Databases Tree View.
