Information for Users

With the October 2024 update, the sign-in process is updated to include your company's new organization domain ID. You will receive an automated email message from BarTender Cloud that includes the organization domain ID and a link for you to sign in with, similar to the following image.

You can use your current email address and password to sign in, or you can use Google authentication, as shown.

If you previously bookmarked the BarTender Cloud website in your browser, you will need to update the bookmark to the new URL after you sign in to BarTender Cloud. We also recommend that you make a note of the new organization domain ID, because you will need it if you decide to reset your password later.

If the Domain is Renamed

Your BarTender Cloud administrator can change the organization domain ID. If they do this, they will receive an automated email message that contains the updated domain ID and link. They must then forward this message to all users so that you can sign in to the renamed organization. Again, you will want to update any bookmarks and make a note of the renamed organization domain ID.

If Your User Account is New

If your user account is new, click Create New Password when you sign in, enter your organization domain ID, and then set your password.

Signing In to a Different Organization

If your email address is associated with more than one BarTender Cloud organization, you can switch between them, but you must sign out of the current organization before you can sign in to another one. You might also need to clear your browser cache when you switch organizations.
