Usage Page |
Click Usage in the left navigation pane to display this page, which displays information such as the number of items that were printed in a specified time range and the amount of storage space that has been used. You can also use this page to specify how long to keep usage data in the application cache ($temp space) and to access the Print Settings page.
The following components are available:
Print Settings: Opens the Print Settings page, which you can use to configure print and reprint settings and to specify how long to keep print history data.
Usage Charts
The information that is displayed in this area depends on the parameters that you configure in the lists. The following types of usage data are available:

Printed Items: Displays the number of printed items per month for the time range that you specify, such as "Last 3 months" or "Last 6 months."

Monthly Details: Displays the number of printed items per day for the month that you specify.

Storage Space Used: Displays the amount of storage space that is being used by print history and Librarian data.
Print Usage by Month
When the type of data that is selected in the Usage Charts area is Printed Items or Monthly Details, this table displays the total number of printed items by month for every month that your subscription has been active. You can click the column headers to sort items in ascending or descending order.
Storage Space Usage
When the type of data that is selected in the Usage Charts area is Storage Space Used, this table displays the amount of storage space that is being used by print history and Librarian data. You can expand these rows to view further details about the storage space amounts and the length of time that data is stored. You can also click the column headers to sort items in ascending or descending order.
