Reprinting Items |
You can use the Print History page to reprint whole print jobs, printed pages, or one or more individual printed items. (You can reprint only original items, not reprinted items.) The method to use varies depending on the view that is displayed.
To reprint a whole print job in a list view

On the toolbar, click List and By Job.

In the print history data table, click for the print job that you want.

In the reprint dialog, do the following:

In the Reprint comment field, add a comment for the reprint job.

In the Printer list, select the printer that you want.

In the Copies field, enter the number of copies that you want.

Click Reprint <number of items> items.
To reprint an individual item in a list view

On the toolbar, click List and By Item.

In the print history data table, click to expand the print job, and then click for the individual item that you want.

In the reprint dialog, do the following:

In the Reprint comment field, add a comment for the reprint job.

In the Printer list, select the printer that you want.

In the Copies field, enter the number of copies that you want.

Click Reprint 1 Item.
To reprint one or more printed pages in an image view

On the toolbar, click Image and By Page.

In the display area, scroll to locate the pages that you want.

Use one of the following methods to select the pages that you want to reprint:

Select the checkboxes for the pages that you want.

Next to a checkbox, click Reprint , and then select This Page, Select Range, or Entire Document in the list.
Note: You can reprint multiple pages only when they are part of the same print job.

Under the display area, click Reprint.

In the reprint dialog, do the following:

In the Reprint comment field, add a comment for the reprint job.

In the Printer list, select the printer that you want.

In the Copies field, enter the number of copies that you want.

Click Reprint <number of pages> Pages.
To reprint one or more individual items in an image view

On the toolbar, click Image and By Item.

In the display area, scroll to locate the items that you want.

Use one of the following methods to select the items that you want to reprint:

Select the checkboxes for the items that you want.

Next to a checkbox, click Reprint , and then select This Item, Select Range, or Entire Document in the list.
