My Profile Page

Use this page to create and update your user profile information, reset your password, and upload or change your profile picture.

To open this page, click the main menu in the upper right corner of the BarTender Cloud window, and then click My Profile. Alternatively, switch to the Manage Cloud Account view, and then click My Profile. To switch to the Manage Cloud Account view, click on the toolbar, and then click Manage Cloud Account.

The following options are available.

User Information

• Profile Image: Provides options to upload an image to use as a profile picture or to delete the existing profile picture. Click the image placeholder, and then click Upload image to open the Choose and crop your profile image dialog so that you can upload and crop an image.

• First Name: Specifies your first name.

• Last Name: Specifies your last name.

• Country: Specifies your country.

• State/Province: Specifies your state or province.

• City: Specifies your city.

• Industry: Specifies your industry.

• Title: Specifies your position title.

• Company: Displays your company name. Read-only.

Contact Information

• Email Address: Displays your email address. Read-only.

• Phone Number: Specifies your telephone number.

Security

• Password: Indicates when your password was last changed. To change your password, click Reset Password. A password reset request is emailed to you.

• Two-Factor Authentication: Specifies the factors that you can use for two-factor authentication. Available when two-factor authentication is configured.

• Contact Phone Number: Specifies the phone number that you want to use for two-factor authentication that uses SMS. Available when two-factor authentication is configured.

Terms/Email Preference

• Terms of Service: Indicates whether you agreed to the BarTender Cloud Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Read-only.

• Email Preference: Specifies whether you agree to subscribe to email updates about BarTender.
