Identity Providers

In the Administration section, click Security, then Identity Providers to display this page, which you can use to view and (if you are an administrator) edit your identity provider information. The options that are available vary depending on your user role and the identity provider selected.

External Authentication is not available for customers using the Essentials subscription.

If you have not yet set up an identity provider

  • Add Identity Provider: Click to open the Identity Providers dialog, where you can select an identity provider to add from among the available providers.

If you have set up at least one identity provider

  • Connection: Lists the identity providers that have been defined. For Google, you can only enable or disable the provider. For others, you can create one or more connections.

  • Connection Type: Lists the connection type of each defined provider.

  • Status: Indicates whether the provider is enabled or disabled.

  • : Click to modify the corresponding identity provider.
