Adding a Design Guide Image to the Template Background

Use the Design Guide Image mini-tab on the Page Setup dialog to add an image that you can use as a guide to help you position and size objects on your template, such as a scanned image of a sample printed item. The design guide image is not printed on the background of your template at print time.

CerradoTo add a design guide image to the template background

  1. En el menú Archivo, haga clic en Preparar página. Alternativamente, haga clic en , situado en la barra de herramientas principal o haga doble clic sobre una zona en blanco de la plantilla.

  2. Haga clic en la ficha Fondo, en caso de que no esté ya seleccionada.

  3. Click the Design Guide Image mini-tab.

  4. In the Get Image From area, do one of the following:

    • Click File to open the Select Picture dialog. Browse to and then double-click the picture that you want.

    • Click Scanner or Camera to import the image from a scanner or camera device that you have previously configured by using the Scanner and Camera Setup dialog. For more information, refer to Scanner and Camera Setup Dialog.

  5. Configure the other settings on the Design Guide Image mini-tab. For more information, refer to Page Setup Dialog.

  6. Haga clic en Aceptar.
