Trigger Mark |
A trigger mark is a combination of bars that is printed on one of the four sides of the Data Matrix element in a 2D-Pharmacode symbol.
The trigger mark enables barcode scanners to be automatically synchronized, which is required for matrix code reading that uses a matrix camera system, especially when scanned items move at high speeds. This system is particularly useful for scanning items as they pass down a conveyor belt.
The following image shows the result when the Trigger Mark option is set to Left.
