Use the Add to Phrase Library dialog to add a phrase in a template object to an existing phrase library in a Data Builder database.

To open the Add to Phrase Library dialog, select the phrase in the object, right-click it, and then click Add to Phrase Library.  

The following options are available:

• Phrase: Specifies the phrase that you want to add to the library.

• ID: Specifies the ID that will be assigned to the phrase.

• Library: Specifies the phrase library that you want to add the new phrase to.

• Language: Specifies the language of the phrase.

• Category: Specifies the optional category that you want to assign the phrase to.

• Tags: Specifies the optional tags that you want to assign to the phrase.

• Comments: Specifies the optional comments that you want to add.
