You can configure a data entry control using its property pages, accessed through its Control Properties dialog. While many of the settings you may want to specify are fairly evident, some may require additional explanation.
Some controls include a reply box. The default reply is the text that initially appears in the reply box at the beginning of a print job. You can change the default reply as necessary.
Creating Control Shortcut Keys
Shortcut keys assigned to data entry controls can help users quickly complete a data entry form. This feature enables users to "jump" to a specific control without having to tab through the possibly numerous controls on a form.
