Configuring Print Portal

After you install Print Portal, you must configure security for the application, specify the root folders that users can access for printing BarTender documents, and configure the printers that the documents can be printed to. You can specify most configuration options on the Administrative Setup page.

When authentication is enabled for Print Portal and security is enabled in BarTender Administration Console, the Administrative Setup page can be accessed only by users who have Administer permission for Print Portal as specified in Administration Console. For more information, refer to Configuring Application and Document Security.
