When you use Print Station to access BarTender documents that are stored in Librarian, you can access information about the revision history of a document, compare revisions, and add a comment to a revision. This Librarian information, which is stored in the BarTender System Database, is displayed in Print Station.
To view the revision history for a document

On the Print Station Home page, set the View option to View (Details), and then locate the document that you want. For more information, refer to Finding a File.

Click the icon for the document, and then click Revision History.

In the Revisions pane of the Revision History page, click the revision whose history you want to view. The following items are displayed:

A thumbnail image of the revision

Actions that were taken for the revision
-
Comments that were added to the revision
To compare document revisions

On the Print Station Home page, set the View option to View (Details), and then locate the document that you want. For more information, refer to Finding a File.

Click the icon for the document, and then click Revision History.

On the Revision History page, click Compare Revisions.

In the Compare this revision to box, click the revision that you want.

On the Document Comparison page, the currently selected revision is displayed in the Comparing area, and the revision that you are comparing it to is displayed in the To area. The Differences area displays in pink the elements of the document that are different.
To add a comment for a revision

On the Print Station Home page, set the View option to View (Details), and then locate the document that you want. For more information, refer to Finding a File.

Click the icon for the document, and then click Revision Comment.

In the Revision Comment dialog, enter a comment, and then click Add. Your comment appears on the Revision History page and also in Librarian.
