The Librarian interface includes the Folders, Files, File History, Details, and Preview panes. Use these panes to locate and organize files, view detailed information about the files and file revisions, revert to previous versions of a file, add or edit comments, change a file's workflow state, and preview a version of a document.
Use this pane to view files that are waiting for your approval, view files that are checked out to you, and browse to a folder and then select it to display your files. You can also create new folders to help organize files.
View detailed information about the file and about each file revision, such as the revision number, size, file state, and comments.
View the revisions of a selected file and a list of actions that were taken during each revision. By using this pane, you can open file revisions, revert to previous revisions, add or edit revision comments, and change the workflow states of a revision.
Use this pane to switch between viewing detailed information about a selected file and viewing a preview of the selected file version.
