Use the View Options dialog to specify tab and spacing options; show indentation guidelines; enable word wrap; and specify font type, size, and style for the script that you create in the Editor pane.
To open this dialog, click View on the main menu bar, and then click View Options.
The following tabs are available.

Tab size: Specifies the number of spaces that you want the cursor to move when you press Tab

Insert spaces: Specifies that you want to use spaces for indentation in the script when you press Tab
.

Keep tabs: Specifies that you want to use tabs for indentation in the script when you press Tab
.

Show indentation guides: Displays a vertical dotted line to indicate where indentation appears in the script.

Word Wrap: Specifies that the text in the script file wraps so that it is entirely visible in the Editor pane.

Font: Specifies the font for the characters in the script.

Font Size: Specifies the font size for the characters in the script.

Font Style: Specifies the font style for the characters in the script.

Theme: Specifies the theme for the Editor pane.

Light: Specifies standard black characters on a white background with colored characters that indicate tags, procedures, and scripting objects.

Dark: Specifies white characters on a black background with colored characters that indicate tags, procedures, and scripting objects.

Monochrome: Specifies standard black characters on a white background with no colored characters.
