Use the Change Printer Group dialog to add a selected printer to an existing printer group or to a new group that you create. You also use this dialog to unblock a printer by moving it out of the Blocked group to a different group.

To open this dialog, right-click a printer in the Printers Used in Last 7 Days table on the Printer Usage page.

The following options are available: 

• Add to an Existing Group: Specifies that the printer is added to an existing group. Click to view a list of available printer groups, and then click the group that you want.

• Add to a New Group: Specifies that the printer is added to a new group that you create. The following properties are available: 

• Name: Specifies a name for the group.

• Description: Specifies an optional description for the group.

• Priority: Specifies the priority of the group.
