Cloud Storage Page |

Cloud storage configurations are stored in the BarTender System Database. Because of this, when you deploy integrations that contain cloud storage options to remote computers, the target server must be connected to the same BarTender System Database instance as is the computer from which you are deploying the integration. |
Use the Cloud Storage page to connect to one or more cloud locations, which makes the data that is stored in these locations accessible to your integrations and their actions. To access this page, expand the Integrations node of Administration Console, and then click Cloud Storage.
The Cloud Storage page consists of the Locations pane, where you can view and select the cloud locations that you have already added, and the storage location properties pane, where you can configure the properties for the cloud location that is currently selected in the Locations pane.

The storage location properties that are available depend on the type of cloud storage location that you selected in the Locations pane, as follows:
Amazon S3
Use the Amazon S3 cloud storage location type to access an Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3) account. Amazon S3 is an online file storage web service that is offered by Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Configure the following properties when you add an Amazon S3 cloud storage type:
Account Name: Specifies the name of the cloud storage location. You can click in the input box and enter a new name.
Base URL: Specifies the base URL to use to access your Amazon S3 cloud storage. This property is read-only.
When you use Amazon S3 storage with Integration Builder, Process Builder, or BarTender document-level actions, you must change the URL when you configure the file detection settings so that the following format is used:
Amazon://<account name in Add Storage>/<region>/<bucket>/<path>
ID Key: Specifies the ID key (user name) for the Amazon S3 account that you want to access.
Secret Key: Specifies the secret key (password) for the Amazon S3 account that you want to access.
Dropbox
Use the Dropbox cloud storage location type to access a Dropbox account. Dropbox is a cloud storage service that is available from www.dropbox.com.
Configure the following properties when you add a Dropbox cloud storage type:
Status: Specifies whether BarTender is authorized to interact with the account.
Authorize: Opens your web browser to the Dropbox page, where you can sign in to the Dropbox account that you want and authorize BarTender to interact with it.
Refresh: Refreshes the pane to display the current authorization status.
Remove Authorization: Removes BarTender's authorization to interact with the Dropbox account.
Account Name: Specifies the name of the cloud storage location. You can click in the input box and enter a new name.
Base URL: Specifies the base URL to use to access your Dropbox cloud storage. This property is read-only.
Host: Displays the web address for the host.
Display Name: Displays the display name for the Dropbox account.
Validate SSL certificate with certificate revocation list: Specifies that the SSL certificate must be validated with a certificate revocation list.
Validate SSL certificate with Online Certificate Status Protocol: Specifies that the SSL certificate must be validated with an Online Certificate Status Protocol.
Microsoft OneDrive
Use the Microsoft OneDrive cloud storage location type to access a OneDrive account. OneDrive is the default online storage and syncing service for Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365.
Configure the following properties when you add a OneDrive cloud storage type:
Status: Specifies whether BarTender is authorized to interact with the account.
Authorize: Opens a Microsoft account sign-in dialog, where you can sign in to the OneDrive account that you want and authorize BarTender to interact with it.
Refresh: Refreshes the pane to display the current authorization status.
Remove Authorization: Removes BarTender's authorization to interact with the OneDrive account.
Account Name: Specifies the name of the cloud storage location. You can click in the input box and enter a new name.
Base URL: Specifies the base URL to use to access your OneDrive cloud storage. This property is read-only.
Host: Displays the web address for the host.
Display Name: Displays the display name for the OneDrive account.
Validate SSL certificate with certificate revocation list: Specifies that the SSL certificate must be validated with a certificate revocation list.
Validate SSL certificate with Online Certificate Status Protocol: Specifies that the SSL certificate must be validated with an Online Certificate Status Protocol.
FTP
Use the FTP cloud storage location type to access files on an FTP server by using the FTP protocol.
Configure the following properties for this cloud storage location type:
Account Name: Specifies the name of the cloud storage location. You can click in the input box and enter a new name.
Base URL: Specifies the base URL to use to access your FTP cloud storage. This property is read-only.
Host: Specifies the web address for the host.
Type: Specifies the FTP type for the cloud storage location.
FTP: Specifies an FTP cloud storage location type.
FTP over SSL/TLS (FTPS): Specifies an FTP over SSL/TLS (FTPS) cloud storage location type.
Secure FTP (SFTP): Specifies a Secure FTP (SFTP) cloud storage location type.
Authenticated login: Specifies that authenticated login is used for the cloud storage location.
User Name: Specifies the user name for the authenticated login credentials.
Password: Specifies the password for the authenticated login credentials.
Anonymous login: Specifies that anonymous login is used for the cloud storage location. Available only for FTP and FTP over SSL/TLS (FTPS) cloud storage location types.
Password: Specifies the password for the anonymous login credentials.
Private Security Key File: Specifies that security key file login is used for the cloud storage location. Available only for the Secure FTP (SFTP) cloud storage location type.
Key File: Specifies the key file for the login credentials. Enter the path and file name in the field provided, or click Browse to browse to and select the file.
Password: Specifies the password for the login credentials.
Port: Specifies the connection port.
Timeout: Specifies the amount of time to wait for the connection to be made.
FTP over SSL/TLS (FTPS)
Use the FTP over SSL/TLS (FTPS) cloud storage location type to access files securely on an FTP server by using SSL/TLS.
Configure the following properties for this cloud storage location type:
Account Name: Specifies the name of the cloud storage location. You can click in the input box and enter a new name.
Base URL: Specifies the base URL to use to access your FTPS cloud storage. This property is read-only.
Host: Specifies the web address for the host.
Type: Specifies the FTP type for the cloud storage location.
FTP: Specifies an FTP cloud storage location type.
FTP over SSL/TLS (FTPS): Specifies an FTP over SSL/TLS (FTPS) cloud storage location type.
Secure FTP (SFTP): Specifies a Secure FTP (SFTP) cloud storage location type.
Authenticated login: Specifies that authenticated login is used for the cloud storage location.
User Name: Specifies the user name for the authenticated login credentials.
Password: Specifies the password for the authenticated login credentials.

Base URL: Specifies the base URL to use to access your SFTP cloud storage. This property is read-only.
Host: Specifies the web address for the host.
Type: Specifies the FTP type for the cloud storage location.
FTP: Specifies an FTP cloud storage location type.
FTP over SSL/TLS (FTPS): Specifies an FTP over SSL/TLS (FTPS) cloud storage location type.
Secure FTP (SFTP): Specifies a Secure FTP (SFTP) cloud storage location type.
Authenticated login: Specifies that authenticated login is used for the cloud storage location.
User Name: Specifies the user name for the authenticated login credentials.
Password: Specifies the password for the authenticated login credentials.
Anonymous login: Specifies that anonymous login is used for the cloud storage location. Available only for FTP and FTP over SSL/TLS (FTPS) cloud storage location types.
Password: Specifies the password for the anonymous login credentials.
Private Security Key File: Specifies that security key file login is used for the cloud storage location. Available only for the Secure FTP (SFTP) cloud storage location type.

WebDAV
Use the WebDAV cloud storage location type to access files on an HTTP server by using World Wide Web Distributed Authoring and Versioning (WebDAV). WebDAV is the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) standard for collaborative authoring on the Web.
Configure the following properties when you add a WebDAV cloud storage type:
Account Name: Specifies the name of the cloud storage location. You can click in the input box and enter a new name.
Base URL: Specifies the base URL to use to access your WebDAV cloud storage. This property is read-only.
Host: Specifies the web address for the host.
User Name: Specifies the user name for the login credentials.
Password: Specifies the password for the login credentials.
Use HTTPS transport protocol: Specifies that communication over an SSL/TLS encrypted connection is used.
Port: Specifies the connection port.
Timeout: Specifies the amount of time to wait for the connection to be made.
Validate SSL certificate with certificate revocation list: Specifies that the SSL certificate must be validated with a certificate revocation list. Available only when Use HTTPS transport protocol is selected.
Validate SSL certificate with Online Certificate Status Protocol: Specifies that the SSL certificate must be validated with an Online Certificate Status Protocol. Available only when Use HTTPS transport protocol is selected.
Use the following procedures to add and delete cloud storage locations:
To add a cloud storage location
In the left navigation pane of Administration Console, expand the Integrations node.
Under Integrations, click Cloud Storage.
Click 
Add, and then click the storage type that you want to add.
Configure the properties for the new cloud storage location.
Click Apply to save your changes. Alternatively, click OK to save your changes and close Administration Console.
To delete a cloud storage location
In the left navigation pane of Administration Console, expand the Integrations node.
Under Integrations, click Cloud Storage.
In the Locations pane, point to the cloud storage location that you want to delete, and then click 
.
