Window Menu |
Use the options on the Window menu to define and switch between one or more additional views of a template or data entry form. You can use this menu to view multiple documents, different templates within the same document, forms, and combinations of all these views. The options in the Window menu make it easy to do the following:
Copy and move objects from one document or template to another.
View more than one magnification of a template at the same time.
Look at the template and data entry form at the same time.
The following options are available on the Window menu:
New Template Design Window: Opens a new window for displaying another view of the template.
New Data Entry Form Window: Opens a new window for displaying the data entry form for the active document.
Cascade: Stacks and arranges all open windows so that you can view their title bars. Minimized windows are displayed as icons along the bottom of the main view.
Tile Horizontally: Arranges all open windows so that windows are stacked on top of one another in the main view.
Tile Vertically: Arranges all open windows so that windows are displayed side by side in the main view.
Arrange Icons: Arranges all minimized windows along the bottom of the main view.
