Job Properties Dialog |
Use the Job Properties dialog to view and/or modify the properties of one or more active print jobs. To open this dialog, click Job Properties on the Job menu. Alternatively, right-click the selected print jobs, and then click Properties. If you have the appropriate permissions to make changes to remote printers, you can modify any options in this dialog that are not read-only.
When you select multiple print jobs, the Job Properties dialog displays the properties for the selected print jobs as follows:
If the value for a property is the same for all the selected jobs, the value is displayed.
If the value for a property differs for one or more of the selected jobs, then the text "<<multiple values>>" is displayed.
You can modify options in the Job Properties dialog even if the values initially are not the same for all selected print jobs.
The following options are available:
Size: Displays the size of the print job. Read-only.
Pages: Displays the total number of pages in the job. Read-only.
Data type: Displays the data type of the print job. Read-only.
Print processor: Displays the print processor that is used to print the job. Read-only.
Owner: Displays the user name of the user who submitted the print job. Read-only.

Notify: Specifies which user to notify when the job is printed or when an error occurs during the print process. This option is specified through the operating system, not through the Printer Maestro event notification feature.

Schedule: Specifies the print job's current scheduling restriction. Jobs might have no time restrictions or might be scheduled to print only in a certain time window.
