You can customize how information appears in the Files and File History panes by adding, removing, reordering, and resizing columns.
To add a column
Use one of the following methods:

Right-click any column header, and then click the column headers that you want to add. Currently used headers are indicated by a check mark.

Right-click any column header, click Field Chooser, and then drag the column header that you want to add from the File Fields list to the location in the column header row where you want to place it.
To remove a column
Use one of the following methods:

Right-click any column header, and then click the column headers that you want to remove. Currently used headers are indicated by a check mark.

Click the column header for the column that you want to remove, and then drag the header toward the center of the pane. When the pointer turns into a large X, drop the column header. The column is removed.
