Grouping Data |
You can group records by a column header in the Files and File History panes. To do this, right-click the column header that you want to group by, and then click Group by This Column. To remove the grouping, right-click any column header, and then click Group by None.
After you group your records, you can click and to expand and collapse each group. You can also sort items in the groups in ascending and descending order by clicking or for the column header that you want to sort by.
