Use the Description dialog to create a description for a selected data source. To open the Description dialog, click next to Description on the Data Source tab of the Data Sources property page.
The Description dialog contains the following options:
None: Leaves the data source description blank.
Specify description: When selected, you can enter your own description for the data source.
Use standard term: When selected, you can choose a description for the data source from a list of standard terms.
