You can use the following procedures to modify the phrase libraries in your database.
To delete a phrase library from the database
Use one of the following methods:

In the Tables pane, select the library that you want to delete, and then click Remove on the Home tab.

In the Tables pane, right-click the phrase library that you want to delete, and then click Remove.
To rename a phrase library

In the Tables pane, double-click the phrase library that you want to rename, and then enter the new name. Alternatively, right-click the phrase library, click Rename, and then enter the new name.
To delete data from a phrase library
Use one of the following methods in the data pane:

Click to the left of the row that you want to delete to select it, and then press the Delete
key.

Click to the left of the row that you want to delete to select it, and then click in the record navigation bar.

Select the row that you want to delete, click Cut on the ribbon, and then click Cut Row.

On the Home tab, click Clear Data. This action deletes all rows of data from the phrase library.
To delete text from a cell
Use one of the following methods in the data pane:

Select the text that you want to delete, right-click the text, and then click Delete.

Double-click the text, and then press the Delete
or Backspace
key.
