Library Phrase |
Use the Library Phrase data source to read data from a phrase library that is contained in a Data Builder database. A phrase library is a specialized data table that includes frequently used text that can be shared among documents. A phrase library can also be translated, so that you can print a template design in different languages.

You can use Data Builder to create a phrase library as part of a Data Builder database, or you can use the Create a Phrase Library dialog in BarTender to create and automatically connect to a new library, which is then saved in a Data Builder database. |
Phrase libraries that your document is connected to appear under Libraries in the Data Sources pane of the Toolbox. The phrases in these libraries are then available to use as data sources for objects on the template.
