The Process Builder Main window includes a ribbon that has several tabs that display specific controls that you can use to create and manage your process file and to access other applications in the BarTender Suite.

When you click the Create tab, the Create view is displayed below the ribbon. When you click the Test tab, the Test view is displayed below the ribbon. The tabs otherwise operate independently of the views that appear below the ribbon.

This chapter describes the various tabs and their controls in detail.

• Administration Tab

  Use the Administration tab to open saved process files and to view and create global variables that can be used by any action in a process file.

• Create Tab

  Use the Create tab to configure the properties for the selected process file and the actions that you want the process file to perform.

• Test Tab

  Use the Test tab to test the selected process file and its associated actions.

• Manage Tab

  Use the Manage tab to access BarTender Administration Console resources to help you manage the process file's settings in Administration Console.

• Tools Tab

  Use the Tools tab to access the companion applications that are included in your BarTender Suite.
