Use the Revision History page to view and compare different versions of a document, revert to an older version of a document, and to add comments to a selected revision.

The following options are available:

• Revisions: Lists the different revisions of the document together with a thumbnail preview. By default, the latest revision is selected, but you can click a different revision to view its history.

• Add Comment: Opens the Revision Comment dialog, which you can use to add a comment to the selected revision.

• View Revision Image: Opens the Revision dialog, which provides a preview image of the selected revision.

• Rollback Revision: Opens the Rollback File dialog, which you can use to revert the document to the selected revision. When you do this, a new revision is created that has the attributes of the revision that you reverted to. Available when an older revision of a document is selected.

• Hide/Show Comments: Hides or shows the revision comments for the selected revision.

• Compare Revisions: Specifies the revision that you want to compare the selected revision to. When you click the revision that you want, the Document Comparison page is displayed. This page includes a preview of the revisions that you want to compare and a color-coded display of the changes that were made from one revision to the other. To return to the Revision History page, click Back.
