General Settings Tab
Use the General Settings tab to configure user names and refresh rates in Librarian.
User Names

Display Format: Specifies how user names are displayed in Librarian. In the list, click the format that you want, as follows:

Display Name: User names are displayed with the alias name that is defined in Windows.

Logon (with Domain): User names are displayed as the user name of the user who is logged in, preceded by the domain.

Logon (without Domain): User names are displayed as only the user name of the user who is logged in.

Sample: Displays a preview of the selected display format.
Refresh Views

Automatically Refresh: Specifies whether Librarian automatically refreshes the views to display updated file information.

Refresh Interval: Specifies how often (in seconds) Librarian refreshes the views. Available when the Automatically Refresh option is selected.
