Files that are displayed when you click the Waiting for My Approval and Checked Out to Me directories are read-only and cannot be cut, copied, pasted, or moved.

Use the options on the Edit menu to cut, copy, and paste files and folders in the Librarian window.

The following options are available:
Cut: Moves the selected file to the Clipboard.
Copy: Copies the selected file to the Clipboard.
Paste: Copies the most recent item on the Clipboard to the selected location.
Select All: Selects all of the files that appear in the Files pane.
