Start Data Builder, and then click the database that you want under Recent in the left navigation pane of the Start window.
In the Main window, click the Administration 
tab, click Recent in the left navigation pane, and then click Databases to display a list of recent database files or Folders to display a list of folders that contain database files.
In the Main window, click the Administration tab, and then click Open in the left navigation pane to open the Load Database dialog, which you can use to browse to the database file that you want.
In Windows Explorer, browse to the folder where the Data Builder files are saved, and then double-click the file that you want to open in Data Builder. By default, this folder is in the following location:
C:\Users\<user name>\Documents\BarTender\Data Builder\Databases
